#1 on Goodreads

Some kind fellow writers who are more familiar with Goodreads than I am added me to the list of Best Relationship books in the category of Non-Fiction. Next Time Lucky is creative-non-fiction...close enough. My novel made it to #1. If you care to have a look and even vote, I'm sure I can hold that pole position.Goodreads is a great site by the way if you are an avid reader. I signed up and submitted a couple of book reviews. The most contentious one being about 50 Shades of Grey....But I told you that already. TGIF! have a great weekend all!

This was an enjoyable and funny read. I connected with Cherie even though she's older than me because her dilemma at finding the right guy is shared by all women, no matter what their age. I laughed and cringed, and shook my head at some of the situations that arose. Ultimately this is a story about knowing yourself, being sure and confident within your own skin...and not letting your sense of self be worn down by the opinions and treatment of those unworthy men you come across in your quest to...more

"Next Time Lucky - How To Find Your Mr. Right" by Siggy Buckley is quite an amusing romance (with dating tips!) I curled up with it over the New Year's and enjoyed every page of it. Ahh.. the search for the perfect man - Where do we start and more importantly where do we end! Told with humility and intelligence, each chapter will strike a cord with all ages, male or female, as we attempt to find love, happiness, or at least get a shift. I loved how honest the author was about her adventures of modern dating. There are tips on choosing dating sites, writing strong profiles and a lot more. I have dog-eared several pages ;)"

Book review of NTL

A fun novel...Jennifer Naughton-Alexander
This is a fun novel about the ins and outs of Online Dating by someone who knows a thing about it because the author runs her own dating agency! I really enjoyed the story and there is just something about the writing and the setting (Dublin) that made me think that I was in the middle of a book by Sheila O'Flanagan or Cathy Kelly! The story flows well and the main character is very likable, I route for her right from the start. The situations are very real and as I have seen friends go through the process the book shows you really do meet all kinds. I honestly can say I really loved this story and I look forward to reading more by Siggy Buckley.

I recommend this to all who enjoy Chick-Lit !
